PRIVACY POLICY This privacy notice is provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR), taking into account Recommendation no. 2/2001 adopted on May 17, 2001, to users who utilize the service offered by the mobile application MIC Faenza. It pertains to all personal data that Fondazione MIC Museo Internazionale delle Ceramiche in Faenza Onlus collects and holds about its users. This privacy notice is provided specifically for the mobile application Mic Faenza and does not apply to other websites and/or applications that may be accessed by the user via links to third-party external pages. DATA COLLECTED The user can register on the mobile application by directly entering personal data so the data collected and processed through the mobile application include the following types:

The user may also choose to register on the mobile application via their account on the social network Facebook, provided by Facebook Inc. The requested permissions involve basic information, which typically include the following data: ID, first name, last name, email, and city of residence. If the user has publicly made additional data available, those will also be accessible. For more information on the permissions involved, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation. On iOS systems, the user may also choose to register on the mobile application via their Apple ID account, provided by Apple Inc. The requested permissions involve basic information, which typically include the following data: first name, last name, and email. The user may opt not to provide their email address by using an anonymous relay address supplied by Apple. TRACKING This app uses tracking services where information collected automatically and exclusively in aggregated form is stored to verify the correct functioning of the app and to perform service checks and optimizations. None of this information is related to the physical person using the app and does not allow for their identification in any way. This app also uses location tracking services via Bluetooth BLE ("beacon") or GPS technology to detect the app within the cultural space. However, none of the collected information is related to the physical person using the app, thus not allowing for their identification in any way. RECIPIENTS The personal data provided may be communicated to appropriately designated recipients who will process the data as data processors and/or as persons in charge. In any case, the dissemination of processed personal data is excluded. The complete list of data processors and persons in charge of processing personal data can be requested by sending a specific inquiry to the contact details of the Data Controller indicated in this document. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
Data is processed exclusively for the purposes for which it is collected, as described below. The Data Controller uses the data provided by the interested parties for:
  1. Execution of services made available through the application and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Data Controller;
  2. Sending the newsletter of the International Museum of Ceramics in Faenza.
Refusal to consent to processing for purpose 1 prevents the use of services provided through the application.
Refusal to consent to processing for purpose 2 still allows the use of most services made available through the application, but will result in the impossibility of being updated about initiatives and events scheduled at the International Museum of Ceramics in Faenza.


METHOD OF PROCESSING Personal data are processed using automated and manual tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. As soon as personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, the Data Controller will proceed to delete them unless the law requires storage or the user has consented to processing for a longer period. The Data Controller will, within the time limits established by current legislation, promptly respond to requests to exercise the rights of data subjects. Any clarification or request for further information can be addressed in writing to the Data Controller.
